Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement, for example by email:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments received from you in accordance with applicable consumer law, including the cost of standard delivery where required by law.
We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw, unless we have agreed with you on an alternative return arrangement, such as an approved donation to a local charity or non-profit organization.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your right of withdrawal, unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are defective, damaged or incorrect.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
